The pirate walk as well as other walk styles like the witch or mummy one are triggered with the halloween mission script. I don't know how does this work to get it in a custom lua script.

While they are triggered via the halloween scripts...it is actually simple to do in a custom lua script.

They are controlled via action trees and action nodes depending on what is needed and proper loading of the animation groups.

Skateboard and slingshot will be removed.
However, the camera might as well stay for the hell of it.

The jocks will have taken over the entire school and closed the gates.
There will be a large amount of survivors roaming the streets, hiding here and there, looking for supplies and will be friendly or aggressive towards Jimmy.
We'll probably do more later.

You guy's don't have the population.dat set to spawn certain character's only and you only have a little bit of zombies.

Little bit?
Dude, I have set it.
There spawns about 20 - 25 zombies per area at night, seems good enough to me.

You guys said, one of the survivors place is the "The abandoned observatory with the Spudcannon turret",
The doors to the observatory building (where jimmy fight with ernest) is closed, could you guys open the doors and add survivors to that place,
cauz you know it is really lame place for survivors if they just can hang out in the observatory yard and gate, not inside the observatory building

^ Considering the Jocks have taken over the entire school, the observatory wouldn't be the best place to put survivors.

Although, it could work if the nerds' "Famous defense system" was operational, and all the barricades from 'Stronghold Assault' (including the one which blocks off the shortcut to the football field) were scripted to appear I guess.

Maybe we'll make the football field + observatory avalible for exploring, but it's going to be a meeting place for jocks. And they'll kill ANYONE who they find.
I might have a few dead survivors around the observatory as a place where the jocks place all people that they find.
