What is a FRAFFYCAN or FRAFFY MACHINE?

I've been wondering for ages now from editing the data files, what is a FRAFFYCAN or a FRAFFYMACHINE? It's almost everywhere, even in Pedstats.

Can anyone shed some light?

Its the beam cola, but it crashes when you spawn it directly

Well, I figured it out because all the peds that drop beam colas when knocked out have FRAFFYCAN in their pedstats. Then Mad confirmed it to me.

Just spawn it as a item in a shop, thats how i found out what most of the items were that couldn't be spawned directly

My beta item/weapon/prop spawner spawns that just fine...either the machines or the cans...without crashing and all that. And yes Fraffycan was the beta name as it was intended to be called Fraffy Cola but was later changed to Beam Cola but they left the word fraffy in the game files and likely due to how much work it would have been to change them.
