Noob starting bully modding

not sure if this is the right place to post but I'm gunna have bully id say by 2moro and I want to start modding (im a proper noob) but id be able to learn fast and i think im easy to teach. So does anyone wanna help me learn to mod , I really dont know where to start. thanks

I'll teach u to mod bully i can be ur teacher i know how to make lots of mods where i started bully modding is replacing a bully fighting style with jimmy's fighting style. That topic comes under HxD editing. Really easy for starters well want me to teach u?

Can you teach me that too I know HxD a bit, I only got problems with changing skins, I want the skin of Johnny Vincent. I can't do that because I don't know how to search it. I search Johnny Vincent and a bit more titles for johnny. But I can't find, so I can't mod it.

Believe me, hex editing (HxD) is null and void today. lua is where its at.

Is like hxd editing crap or something and lua editing is good ?

lua scripting requires more work at first, but it works far more efficiently when completed. Hex editing is a headache, can cause loads of glitches, and is extremely limited.

Okay ,  so I have bully now , I was just at a friends house , but it seems to be laggy , but I remember playing it before without lag so I am going to restore my laptop and try it again. And then you can help me

Tips to reduce Bully lag.
1.) Turn off all UNNECESSARY programs while playing. (Internet, anti virus TEMPORARILY)
2.) Update your graphics cards.
3.) It may be time to clear out your PC, delete and uninstall anything not needed and then defrag.
