Weather Editing?

I was wondering if anyone has found out how to alter the weather, and by that, I mean, trigger it to rain or snow. If you have let me know  :)

Mad has figured out how to trigger different kinds of weathers through both lua scripting and through a trainer.

I also not only have the weather changing figured out but also the seasonal mission flags too.  :biggrin:
