Well, i already did another one of these on another poll, but one more couldn't hurt.
I'll keep it short and sweet this time, last time was too much to write again.

I like everything about this game besides the map.Map is too small. They need to make it bigger, not GTA V big, but big enough so as the school doesn't make up most of it.

Sports, I want other schools introduced into the game, maybe even give a glimpse at Jimmy's background besides his new school transfer files.

I don't want a new character yet, Jimmy was young, had a past I'd like to know more about, and a future I want to see what R* can do with it.

If not new areas from the get go maybe, after Chapter I if they lock those gates again . But Put them under construction, they need way more than five chapters.

Clothing options, like layered clothing. Like Undershirt,overskirt,Jacket,zipped,unzipped,tucked,untucked. Maybe even just tidy, untidy.

Body System-Hygiene,Fitness,Attractiveness.

Harder Mission,Harder classes. mmhmm

More Vehicles
Dirt Bikes, four wheelers, more bikes to choose from.

Better accessory options- like wristbands, peircings(I'm not really into it, but I would change his left ear from gold to silver or diamond.)

Jobs- Like at that burger joint, or the carnival.

More classes and sessions in those classes.

Better animations.

More FEMALE CHARACTERS!! Why do they look like they were instructed by the same guy how to make out?

I think you should be able to buy a house, cars and motorbikes. Able to design your dorm room and your house when you buy one . I also think that you should be able to go on holiday. There should be 25 chapters to represent going from 16 to 21 years old. I think you should be able to smoke cigarettes. Have access to all the parts of the map from the 1st one. More missions. More classes.  Have to learn to drive? What does everyone else think of these ideas?

Here what I think should be included into the next bully. Oblivious stuff aside
1. The ability to watch actual rockstar made TV shows like  the ones from GTA5 like impotent Rage
2. every student has a different move set. If there going to use the same stuff fine but have one person get one other move the other doesn't
3. a calendar in the game that shows when seasons change, special mission opportunity's, activity's you can participate in based on the day, etc
4.  a relationship based meter for every person that displays love, hatred, likeness, and friendship status based on how you react to them in game, just like the sims 3 relationship meter
5. the ability to be friends with ANY student and getting perks from each student
6. Students that show their personality better in the game (ex. slutty girl who you can see in the world constantly hooking up with guys, creepy person who always follows you around and slides love letters in your room or even a gamer who ALWAYS is in the arcade or playing games)
7. students who can break up fights instead of cheering (analog stick wiggling mini game to break free)
8. environmental weapons
9.  the ability to steal people class work and supplies (ruin their grades)
10. 20 minute class times sitting in class with the ability to spit spitballs at people, throw books, gossip
11. Multiplayer which can consist of you living in dorms together, writing letters to each other in an online class, starting shit with students, beating up prefects, etc. it bully online, imagine it.
12. Students throwing parties in dorms and town which you can get invited to

Bully Online. I can just imagine it  Creating a student. Customizing your avatar, living in the dorm with more than one bed to a room. Free to roam chat options if you don't have a headset. Ability to knock people out in a group. Oh man I can see it.

Put Rooms in Harrington House, the Preps should live there. 
Set up a separate Dorm for the Greasers to live in at the Autoshop area.
Set up a separate Dorm for the Jocks to live in at the Football Field.
Set up a separate Dorm for the Nerds to live in at the Observatory area.
Add second story to the Boys Dorm for all Bullies & Non-Clique students.
Restore / Open up the Third Floor at the school building.
