Remember, if you want to play as another person, just look for the nif and NFT of the person you are wanting to change skins to.

Just be sure not to do anything with the ones that start with CS.

it took me 5 hours to get it right the because at first i didnt read it properly so i kept deleting the ones with the cs at the front but after i felt like giving up i just decided to read it properly and it worked..now i feel stupid..

Now if you play a cutscene with the deleted cs_ model your game may get corrupted...

^ I'm assuming he had to re-install the game after stuffing up the previous times, unless he used a world.img backup.

But for some reason, looong ago when I was trying to do it, the world.img backup only worked like 2 or 3 times, then it would just not work anymore even if it was a normal file.

That's what I meant. Minor changes to the world.img can be solved with a backup like the ide.img or the scripts.img.
But if it is a big mistake (such as deleting a cutscene model or replacing certain models) it gets corrupted and no backup can fix that. It means a complete reinstall.
This happened to some people after replacing the texture of the spudgun with the bbgun. It worked for some minutes and then the game crashes.
