Invisible cutscene models swapping CS_ models

I have tried swapping Gary, Petey and the principle during cutscenes into different cutscene character's, Gary into Johnny, Petey into Fatty, etc. But they aren't visible during cutscenes (which is pretty funny, Gary pushing nothing instead of Petey ). Is there a way around this or am i perhaps doing something wrong?.
