Guys, I use Hex editor to add all the clique leaders and Gary in-game but I always get a red version of 01 00 00 when I change FF FF FF, I think this is a problem which makes my game unplayable because it crashes on start-up. Luckily I backed it up.

Dear Sirs..thank you for the great tutorial.
I edited my character skins to that of johnny as you indicated clearly and got it to work.
My problem is that once I switch to the red ninja outfit(replaced by the Johnny skin),His height and built is that of Jimmy's.
Is there a way, and how do you do it to change his height and built to that of Johnny's?
It's just my preference to play as a taller person and not that of a short one(no offense intended to short people).
Again,thanks for the in-depth tutorial and any incoming help as well.
And btw, I'm a newbie at cpu related things so pls. be as simple as possible..

You need to HEX Edit Jimmy's fighting style.
I do not know how to do that, but Madman/Red will give you some great assistance.

I'm guessing that it has GREASER there?.. Open it with Hex Editor and change the GREASER bit, to PLAYER1.

Or as an alternative way, save in the nerd hideout and get evicted.

Can u guys explain the model replacing in other words? I cant understand it , like make a second tut for the ones who didnt understand the first like "greasers" did.

you just gotta find the model you want to replace in scripts and then change the 3 didgets of that model too a new one of your choosing

Hey Guys, can you explain me how i can fix the size? I want to have Darby with the Greaser Fightstyle. It works but he is small like a Greaser.... Can someone say me how i change it with
Hex-editor?

What you probably did was change skins without swapping the model names through hex.
