I am new here.sorry if this is not correct forum but i need some help regarding bully se
1.My bully is always crashing.i have just reached chapter 3.a window appears saying that bully exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.why can anyone help ?
2.i have imgtool 2.0 so can anyone tell me how i can make jimmy look exactly like gary.which are the files

Sounds to me like you corrupted the world file.

You mean the world.img file ?.my friend also has the same issue.we both played the game before.we kept a backup of savefiles.after some months we re installed the game and copied save files.we both have different saves and cd.but why ?
Besides i used my same cd on my brothers pc (with same specs) and started from begining but no crash
and what about making jimmy exactly like gary ?

Yeah, no, Red. I have that problem all the time, in Chapter 3, and I don't mod, other than I put the clique leaders in. The game is unplayable because of how much it crashes. I dunno if I need more RAM or what.

I've had no issues whatsoever, aside from one ide file which crashes most of the time.

He said he has imgtool, so I assumed he tried to mess around with the files. Doing so with no knowledge is dangerous.

@Adil: In that case, I'm not sure.

As for a tutorial on new skins, I'll find the thread soon and link you to it.

No mate.i didnt mess with any files.i have read that img tool can be used for bully.i have modded gta sa before.what should i do to get rid of this crash

Are you using Bully with the version 1.2 update? If not then give that a try and see what happens. If you are then you might need to try defragging your hdd since somtimes file fragmentation can cause crashes. There is also the possability like mentioned above that your world.img or another file may be going corrupt which a reinstall can fix.

If you can post a screenshot of the error window and maybe tell which exception error code you have I may be able to help more with nailing down the problem for you.

HxD is a hex editing program.

As for how to use IMGTool, I can't seem to find the thread. But there are tutorials on youtube.

I would tell you how to replace character models myself, but I never tried it before, so...but all I do know is that, using the IMGTool, you have to extract the files from the World file (Stream folder).

I have the 1.2 patch.tried the ide.img but still crash.the crash starts from end of chapter 2 to 3.i have hxd

Uninstall and reinstall. Maybe that'll do the trick.
