Tweaking Speech.bin

Hey everyone!
I'm currently working on a mod for Bully. I'm replacing the game character Jimmy Hopkins with a non clique student (Christy). I've already replaced the model and textures. It's so fun to play as Christy! But she still has Jimmy's voice  that sucks! Well, i've found a program that allows you to unpack Speech.bin (Rockstar Games/Bully Scholarship Edition/audio/PLAYLIST), that contains over 80.000 files (omg). I've replaced Jimmy's dialogue with Christy's but I just can't inject the modded files into Speech.bin. The program is called "QuickBMS". Dude, you must run quickbms.exe and select the script. Then, it will ask you for a file. Select "Speech.bin". Then, just select an empty folder to extract all the files. The archive contains over 80.000 files, so the extraction will take 10-15min.
If you want to convert the .xsb and .xwb files into listenable audio, copy "towav.exe" and "convall.bat" to the extracted folder. Then, run "convall.bat".
It's fine 'til here. I just don't know how to pack the files again into "speech.bin". That sucks!

Yeah, the .xsb files (not sure if it's the .xsb or .xwb) are not audio files

I need some help with this I wanted to switch Jimmy's audio with Davis and Jimmy with Lefty. Can you change tem for me and send the files in a link I'll pist in request that would be awesome! Also could you upload a video of you with Christy's voice.

I found out how to put everything back into speech.bin,After you replace the files,Insert them back with the other group of extracted files,and then you need UltraIso to put the files into UltraIso,And when you save the file (I forgot to mention,You need to select the audio CD and then insert all the files being selected to be put into UltraIso,And then after all the speech files are back in there,Save it as Speech.bin,And replace original,But i suggest you back it up.

No problem! ^^ I'll make a video tutorial just incase,But at the moment for me,I seriously need to get christy replaced over jimmy. And theres so much to do... Uuuuuuuugh....

Well, I've got some good news.

When I get my new laptop, I'll be attempting to import custom models.

That means importing characters from other games or modifying the existing Bully models.

That then means it'll be fully possible to get a all Christy player model over Jimmy, with all hair styles and clothes replaced.

But most likely I'll try importing models from GTA SA first.



As for the quotes, LOADS of Jimmy's quotes were removed. Not to mention regardless how hard you work on replacing all of Jimmy's audio, Christy will still have Jimmy's voice in the cutscenes and don't forget most text will need re-writing and you'll most likely want to replace Zoe.
