You can get that amount if you don't spend too much at the end doing secondary missions as well...

Getting money isn't too hard. I got most of the clothing early on so by the time I finished I had a lot of spare cash.

How long does it take to get 100 percent complete?

It took me about two weeks but I was taking my time and not really worrying about 100% completion until Endless Summer. Having the Scholarship Edition makes finding the collectibles easy since geography class shows them all on the map so that helps save time.

And Geographs class is also easy due of...Google hehe.

Worst part is u need to collect rubber bands and do the races their so long.

And the races are most likely fun rather than a pain in my opinion.
