If it is set recent times (2006) Bullworth is quite the underdeveloped place  :blink:

Anyone notice the cars in Bullworth?... They just drive nowhere... It's as if Bullworth is some sort of Prison Island and you can't escape  :hmm:

You have to drive through the forest to get there. Like 10 people did it like 500 years ago to settle there and no one else bothered getting there so they all just inbreeded with each other and that's why everyone is so fucked up there. The end.
