Can people even climb ladders? I've never had anyone climb one on me. But I like going there and just throwing things at a lot of people.

Trying to think if I ever saw anyone climbing them....Don't think so.

Strange to me is why Prefects can climb onto the dumpsters, though.

Nobody can climb the ladders. That's why its a safe spot. You can stay there for hours and throw things. The balcony is quite safe as well though....

Just don't use the window. Climb up there, its a much better way. Just be sure that the prefects aren't near you when you start to climb.

They can pull you down if they're close enough, and you haven't climbed high enough....

But No, going up that way, the Balcony is virtually bust-free.  It's only going out the window on red is where you might have a problem.

There's actually quite a few of them....But you can always make your own 'Bust Free Zone' just about anywhere you want just by standing on top of the Go-Kart.

Yeah, you can take that about anywhere.  You have to get Jimmy to stand right up on the peak of it, where the headrest is at.  Can't jump him up there, you have to 'walk' or 'run' him up there from the front of the Cart.

Now, the authority figures WILL throw shit at you there, just like on top of a car, but hey...

That thing has limited ammo and less power than the slingshot. Its also less accurate then the slingshot. I use the slingshot sniper style and start doing head shots.
