Cafeteria Floor Glitch

So I found this glitch a long time ago that I never bothered to post about until now. There's a spot on the floor in the cafeteria in front of the rack of plates that seems to be glitchy. Sometimes if someone in a fight is standing there, they think they are on something elevated. They end up holding a brick and trying to throw it at someone!

Hahaha really?! Wow, never seen that one before. I'll have to check it out next time I play.

It doesn't happen all the time. I constantly try to make it happen, I like the free bricks!

Whoa....A Brick ?  Have only seen that outside of the School Building !

Nope, they apparently can be inside too!

Where the hell are they getting the bricks from?! The only things I saw in there are food.

If you stand on top of the Go-Kart, they can't bust you.....But just like standing on top of any vehicle, they will throw Bricks.

Try it sometime, on school grounds....

Well I don't want to go through the process of getting pegged with bricks in order to have them myself. Is there a place I can find them?

You know what ?  I don't know.  All the bricks thrown at you bust weather they hit you or not, and I've really never noticed them in free roam anywhere.

The Prefects have them, the Cops have them, the Citizens have them....Hell, even the Teachers have them sometimes (Burton threw some at me on the big bridge), but I don't know just where Jimmy could just 'pick them up' anywhere.

Bricks must be part of the staff's arsenal!

I think, any authority figure.  What mystifys me is why Jimmy has to be on top of a car or something most of the time for them to use them.  Why not ALL safe-from-being-busted places ?

They usually start to throw stuff at you when they can't get to you anymore. That count's for no-bust zones, and safe elevated places. They can't climb up there so they'll start throwing bricks and other objects as a result.

But....They don't on most of my 'safe' places, that's just it.  If it's a set place, I very rarely have bricks thrown at me, it seems only if I'm on something "Mobile", like a Car or Go-Kart.

Exception is the Junk Cars in Blue Skies. They're 'fixed' objects, but still 'Cars'.....

I go up on that balcony behind the school. They toss bricks and apples at me over there.

The prefects throw apples....always. Everyone else throws bricks. There are a few places where you can pick up bricks. Mostly in random places in town and New Coventry. I get most of my bricks by grabbing them from other people holding them.
