Few questions about Bully
« on: October 04, 2006, 04:13:12 PM »
Hi i'm new to these forums hopefully i can get some answers without people flaming me. I must say this game looks pretty darn good.

Will it be in third person?
Is there free roam?

I read that you will have to go to your classes and then the rest of the day is your free time untill 10 o'clock? How long is onehour going to be?

What can we do during free time?

Do you guys know if there will be a long story mode? What kinda replay value will it have? I don't want to beat the game in like 2 days.

Thats all for now.:)

Hi there, if you are looking for all the info we know you're best checking Znibs infor thread here

I'll give your questions some quick shot answers tho-

Yea you can free roam and yea its the usual R* 3rd person style. aparently each chapter of the game takes 5-8 hours according to ign, and there are several chapters. I'm not sure what the gameclock scale is and if you want to know what activities you can get up to then best look in the topic i just mentioned above...

Hope this helps

Yeah I agree with the Gods of Information above, but i have one thing to add... I think that there will be around 5 chapters so at 5-8 hours each lets make that a medium of 7 then 7x5 = 35 hours of Main story Gameplay, That DOSN'T include class's side missions for people (eg: the Lunch Ladies fetch it missions or delivering notes) so I'd say this game will be of impressive length!

It should max out at around 70 if you want to get 100% and don't do it day and night.

Thanks for the answers. I do hope this game will last a long time.

I'll add another question - Do you guys think Rockstar will add secrets and/or eastereggs? One thing i like about video games is finding secrets - special weapons and stuff. I hope there will be many surprises.
Also - this game kinda reminds me of the Harry Potter games.

it's already confirmed that there will be little secrets such as radio parts to find and give to a Hobo behind the old school bus who will in thanks teach you new and better moves (as he used to be in the army or something like that) also these moves are different to the ones you learn in gym (im thinkin dirty tactics and probally Humiliation moves)

The other secret that has been talked of and confrimed (I think) is rubber bands which you find around the school, what they do? I haven't the foggiest!

Only if you try everything you wanted to do on the first run.

I'm gonna create a seperate save just for messing around.

Yeah I'll do that to.

Also the thing is we've never played in these circumstances Before, Rember how fun GTA:3 was? Hopefully it'll hold the same novelty value adding atleast 10hours of gameplay on.
Think about it... No more killing spree's now it's prank as many people as possible then run from the prefects!
