Bully-Board "slowness"

Has anyone else experienced any lag in the site? I have this recurring problem where the site sort of "freezes" when I click on a topic button, thread, or any other clickable icon on BB. Its really pissing me off and that's why I haven't been on much. Its only been a recent problem, but it really sucks!

Nope, haven't had any problems. The only time it semi-freezes is whenever I see one of Merc's posts and his sig causes it to slow down.  :p

It may be due to the new smilies. I know everyone seems to be having problems with them.

There's the smiley issue too, but this issue has been a problem for me for the past 2 weeks or so.

The smiley issue began with me when they were switched. Seems I'm not the only one.

Well, I tried seeing what I could fix. Let me know how things are in the next few days. If I didn't fix jack, I'll have to bring in the big guns a.k.a. AJ.

Well, I'm back.  Yesterday the smilies were still gone, now I see we have new ones ?  Gotta check them out......

But, so far I'm not noticing anything different when it comes to navigation. I do occasionaly experience slowness here, but do elsewhere as well, so that is probably my computer and wireless connection.

It happens to me when a lot of people are on. Just a few minutes ago there were only a handful of us on and everything was sailing smoothly. Now it's lagging.

I just got back on after having to wait about 15 minutes. I also noticed how it is slower when more people are on.
