I usaully don't worry about it.  It's not like I'm hanging up on someone, it's a message board, not chat. 

There are many reasons...... I may get a phone call, someone comes to see me, I gotta go eat, have to take a dump, I get sleepy quick, there's a show on I wanna see, the weather makes me loose wireless access, I have to go do something unexpectedly.....The list can go on.

If it's just me & one other person, I might 'sign off' and let them know, but that usually means a PM.

I knew people who would be distracted by any coin they saw, and do whatever they needed to in order to get it. There used to be some hobo that would hang around our 7-Eleven. People always dropped their change there. He was picking it up. I eventually noticed the coins were stuck to the ground. Someone used GLUE to stick 'em there and fuck with the hobo. You would see this guy doing everything he can with every bit of effort he had to pull a penny off of the parking lot ground.

The way I found out they were glued down is 'cause sometimes I would pick up the change if I saw the coin worth it, maybe if it was a quarter or something. And one day I couldn't get it off the ground! I didn't really care, but the hobos out there made it look like those pennies were life or death.
