It didn't take long for Russel to get a job. Almost right after he submitted his application he was accepted. Not many people apply for a job at the Burger Joint. Russel went in the next day. Hattrick was there when he arrived.
Russel couldn't immediately start causing trouble for Hattrick in there. He would be the first one to be pointed at. Russel had to become friends with Hattrick and make sure he's the last person to be blamed. For the next few days he made sure to get along very well with Hattrick............ KING COBRA

First Russell had to learn how to make Burgers, though. That took awhile, as he was constantly catching the grill on fire from having too much grease on it.

Every lunch break Russel would sit and talk with Hattrick. He wanted to be as much of a buddy as possible towards Hattrick....for now. KING COBRA

Their little "chats" on break helped their relationship grow. And, Russell was greatly improving on his burger-flipping skills. Everything was going as planned. Dave K

After a few days of talking with Russel, Hattrick offered him to visit at his house. This was a big opportunity to get close with him. It wasn't going to be much longer before the real plan could be put in motion. King Cobra

He was scheduled to meet at Hattrick's house at 6pm that following Tuesday evening. This was a little uncomfortable for Russell. Would he be able to "be-friend" an ex-teacher? Dave K

Russel decided he better go and talk to Jimmy about this and get some advice from him. He wanted to be prepared for when he went there.
When he talked to Jimmy he was told to not accept any kinds of alcohol, for that can put him at risk of letting something slip in the plan. If he was given anything of food or beverages he was to watch it, and make sure Hattrick didn't tamper with it.
Everything that happened at this house would either put the plan in motion or turn the tables on Jimmy. Russel had to play his cards carefully to keep the plan safe. King Cobra

The important thing was making sure Russell didn't screw this up. He cleaned up a little bit, (yes, Russell cleaned up), put on some decent clothes, and set off for Hattrick's. He arrived at Hattrick's promptly at 6pm and was ready... Dave K

Russel knew from the time he had Hattrick in the academy that he can be very sly. He had to play this game with Hattrick....and win. Russel arrived and was invited inside. The minute he entered the house he was on alert and being cautious....

He scared the crap out of Hattrick. Russell took care of 'em, and he was back to the plan. Dave K

Hattrick told Russel that he was going to have dinner with him and talk. When Russel got a peek in Hattrick's refrigerator he saw nothing. Russel asked what the plan on dinner was, just out of curiosity.
Hattrick told Russel that he has been broke and the only place he can get any meals is at the Burger Joint.
