There's no reason why the collectors edition shouldn't get released in Aus but i dont know how he could find out if it is or not.

Maybe contact your games supplier or Email R*'s sales dept.

Yeah, I've already seen that. They had one of the dodgeballs at my EB Games yesterday and they were playing with it. They got T-Shirts, coffee mugs, the dodgeball, and the comic book early.
