I can't think right off if Vance was in any queer scenes in the games, or who he might have been seen kissing (except Jimmy)....Found this on the Wiki...
"Vance is bisexual and can be kissed by Jimmy. He is sometimes thought to be fully homosexual as, unlike the others he doesn't display interest in girls. However, he does mention meeting "a couple of chicks" in one of his lines of dialogue. He also appears, wearing his pirate costume, on the small island in the bay in Old Bullworth Vale. As part of his costume he carries a wooden replica sword that Jimmy can steal. The sword functions like a yardstick, but never breaks. Beating him up on the island also earns Jimmy the pirate hat. Once Jimmy beats him, Vance won't be seen on the island again."

"Melody is a stereotypical goody two shoes. She regularly talks about how much she loves school and claims she wishes she could go to class seven days a week. However, she has a bad side that doesn't come out very often. She admits to being attracted to bad boys, and has an obvious crush on Jimmy (which becomes evident when he greets her, especially more than once). Even more relevant are her quotes when she is angered: she is the only little kid who uses foul language. She uses "bitch" as an insult, and she also tells people to "go to hell."
