Exactly the point.  With 2 strong smart, tough leaders (Tony and Nick), add Constantinos, Gordon, Ivan, Lance, Ray and Trevor. They will be tougher than the present Nerd lineup, and will bring into the story characters who have so far been in the background.

There is strengh in numbers, that's the reason for cliques in the first place. Some of these will bring talents yet to be discovered, since we havent even used them yet.

All I need now is a Clique Name for them......

You need a clique name ? Consider something they have in common, that helps a lot. The Greasers are called Greasers because they use grease to comb their hair back, that's the point... So they better discover or wear something in common before being able to choose a name.

That is for Nick's Story, right ? 'Cause I don't see a gang forming in Tony's.

Not yet. We're thinking about Tony, non-clique students and Nick forming a clique of their own. We'll write it in the Tony's NES as soon was we think of a name.

Anyway, about Damon's fight with Nick, I think it would be better if Nick beats him right away (to get the respect of the school by proving he can take down someone as strong as Damon) but after a long and hard fight. At the end it can be like in those shitty American action movies, in which both opponents are all hurt and/or bloody, bad guy attacks the good guy, and the good guy performs an epic move which defeats his opponent.

The alternative is, Nick is defeated, and will have to prove himself first under the wing of Tony's, and then by himself... Sound like an american script too, hey ?

And don't search a clique name. Just write about them hanging out, and finding something they have in common, like a piece of cloth or a hobby. THEN you'll get their name naturally.

Well that can be good, but on the other hand, we put Nick as a black-belt 4th Dan karate fighter, as well as a good boxer. Kinda too skilled to get beaten by a brainless monkey such as Damon.

We can play on the fact that Nick actually hits Damon, but his muscles are so developed by the steroïds (just like Brucie, hey) that he just... Doesn't feel anything.

What I meant to happen was for Damon to defeat Nick in a surprising way.  Nick wouldn't exactly expect the type of moves Damon knows at first, but will get to know how Damon fights and then Nick will ambush Damon, catching him off-guard and then defeating him.

I'll wait and write my part after we get this figured out so that there is no confusion.  My eventual plan is to have Damon get caught by a prefect while he is returning from a date after curfew.  Damon, being mentally unstable, will attack the prefect (violently), earning himself a visit to the assylum.

It's...cheating? Maybe something like a rematch in The Hole?

Wow, uh... That'd be a lot of people brought to the Asylum, Mike, don't you think ? Let's do things a little cooler for the New Era of Bullworth... Problems will just fall from the sky one per one for our protagonists ! Should I write the fight ?

And, yeah, it'd be cheating - a rematch is a solution, but I wouldn't write it. I'm thinking things more like Tony, that would set up the Jock clique against Damon in this case, or another fine plan, you know ? But Nick is Nick, he does it the fist way, and other people are better at writing this than me.

Or we can have one fight, it can be like this:

- Nick dodges a few hits from Damon, beats him a few times.
- He turns around to see the crowd (the whole school who came to see the game)
- As he turns back to Damon, the Jock punches him to the ground and starts to own the fight
- Finally, Nick decides "Alright I have no time for this" and then they are equal, and then the final scene....

Damon and Nick look to each other, each at the fence of the Hole, standing far from each other. Damon runs towards Nick, but Nick jumps using one leg, performing a mawashi with the other one, hitting Damon in the head and beating him unconscious. Then he passes out too (or just goes to get his jacket). Anyway, he too is hurt and beaten.
