My favorite prefect would be Edward. He looks like a former nerd and talks like one, kinda.

I think my favorite Prefect is Karl. He says hilarious stuff and has sort of a high voice at times which is pretty funny.

My favorite prefect is Max MacTavish.  He seems like he used to be a jock, and he's the only prefect who will apologize to Jimmy if he bumps into him.  Plus, he's more of an authority figure than a blatant abuser (although I still like his insults).

I also like Edward Seymour, but for pretty much his dialogue.  (Edward: "Yow, MY NARDS!")

My favorite officer is Officer Williams, because he seems like he genuinely cares for the kids.  He'll even drive kids who break the law during school hours back to school.  However, he can be seen making deals with Mihailovich...

As for cops I like that Offiecer with the mustache, what's his name? Morrison?  Anyways, he has funny dialogue, especially because he is always making references that suggest that he might be a cross-dresser!

For the cops I dont really know, but whats his name? The white guy thats says he always gets his man when hes chasing you.
