Incredibly good health insurance. Work hard enough you can get your own parking spot right next to the front of the building. That's great to have especially in winter or when it's raining. Paid vacation is a big plus in a lot of people's eye's.

All in all it's a great company to work for. About every two months they have a company thank you for all the hard work. They bring in a catering service for when you go on lunch. During the summer they buy tickets to Kings Island for us as well.

Environmental Solutions dealing with hazardous waste. The job it's self actually sucks, because it's such hard work and is really nasty all most all the time. But it pays pretty good, I'd actually leave for another job if I could find one half as decent.

I have a long road ahead of me as well. Having a HS diploma doesn't cut it anymore. Sadly some people don't even have that and will be making a career in flipping burgers and cleaning floors in BK and MickeyD's.
