The auditorium doesn't seem to fit in the school.  If you look at the size of the cafeteria, it seems like the auditorium wouldn't fit right next to it.

In fact, the basement seems to go a long way South to that Mosh Pit where Jimmy had to fight Russell.....Heh ??
 
And, for some reason, when you climb out the window on the East side of the school, Jimmy winds up on the balcony on the South side...Teleportation magic....
