Yes, it's on there.  I use the Dorm steps quite often, both Boy's & Girl's.  And both back steps of the school building. 

Pillars are other safe spots, like the ones at Harrington House or down at the Football Field.

You will have to go to the yard behind the Trailer, climb fence, then jump over to Trailer roof.
