There's a problem with the animations since the release of the PC version in SE, I haven't seen some modders trying to fix this problem, it skips frames when you tap the grapple button if you got grappled by prefects, adults, and more skippable frames. In the console version it doesn't have a problem, it taps smoothly. If there's a fix let me know and thank you for responding. I first noticed this bug animation when I compared the PC version and the console version.
