If you've open it the first time & crashed then, try it again the 2nd time. If you've tried it several times then, I suggest you to install Silent's Patch. (For jeez sake, not to be mad or something but, why do people ask for something out before they try to do something for it? Not trying to be mad though, just saying that people's gotta open their mind up. Maybe even a little for their own sake. But here you go, I expected that'll help.)

I actually tried it out 6 times, tried rebuilding bully, then reinstalled the mod and tried it again.
Sooo.. ye, i dont think theres a fix

I doubt you have installed Silent's patch. It's my recommendation to you to install the patch 'cause it fixes most of the things that makes the game crash.
