Can You Download mods on the downloadable ps3 version?

I have never modded before, but if I ever do, can you download and use mods for the ps2 version game that you download on PS3?

Well you'd have to first jailbreak your PS3 so you get access to the file system, then replace files there. Theoretically it's possible, but hard. I don't think anyone here is gonna be helpful with it either as most of us use PC. Look up some PS3 jailbreaking forums or something.

ps3 version is actually ps2 and its file system is different from the version we mod which is scholarship edition. also, as daboss said you would gonna need to jailbreak your console, and somehow access and edit the game files.

I'd suggest simply getting the PC version unless you really do need it to be on the PS3 for whatever reason. You can setup a PS3 controller with your PC and get a dualshock HUD mod and it'll be the same if you want. It's what I do.

thats right you dont even have to buy the game, its all over the internet (not saying i aprove it but you know)

if you have a wired controller, you can just plug it in and play. if it's a wireless one, you may have to buy an adapter of some sorts..
