New series Reveal

[SWEGTA]

Heavily inspired by both The Mist, Cloverfield and the Half-Life series, I bring you my latest work in progress: Infestation.
Infestation will be split up into about 10 episodes, similar to Walkers. Each episode will be approximately 15 minutes long.
The series will feature voice actors instead of the standardized subtitles that I normally use.

I'll try to reveal a few characters and enemies each week, so that you guys can see the progress I'm gradually making.
- Please note that these screenshots aren't from actual episodes. They're simply demonstrational/promotional screencaps of environments, characters and such.

1/5 - 2014: Rogen Phish
Rogen is your average slacker in his 40s. He never amounted to much and does the bare-minimum in order to keep it that way.
Fueled with cheap beer, wielding a broom and showing hatred for his loud neighbours Rogen heads off to work on what seems like just another Monday.


2/6 - 2014: Survivors
Survivors consist of a large variety of citizens, authority figures and out-of-towners.
To trust or not to trust one and another is a main concern for most of them.


4/6 - 2014: Jeremiah Botwin
Jeremiah is a local father or two and proud husband.
He's got a short temper for people he doesn't know, but a strong heart for his kids.
Doing whatever he can to protect them at all cost.

Oh, Goodie....Another SWEGTA series.  I'm so excited.

Well, comfortably expectant.  Will this top Walkers ?

That all depends, Chuckie...
People really like zombies nowadays. But this show will be more well made, longer, more action-filled and have voice actors.
It's all up to the audience whether or not they would like to see something a bit more sci-fi/horror oriented.

UPDATE: Survivors.
I managed to make some progress on the survivors.
Both major, minor and plain background characters, since the show will feature a large amount of survivors.

I'm also going with a new direction with the show. It will no longer take place in a Science Facility.
The new area has not been chosen yet, so feel free to pitch thoughts and ideas.

Campground, open area with lots of trees and ridges ?

UPDATE: Voice Actors.

I decided to recycle some old Bully Zombie Edition models and use them as main, minor and background characters.
I also managed to look up the old lists of possible voice actors I have and picked out approximately 12 of them (counting 13 if I'll voice act again).

1.Small Towns, seem to be a most likely place ?

1. It could very well take place in a small town. The only problem is making the area fit for each individual main character. As well as minor character.

2. That would be quite difficult as I don't really have much knowledge about replacing map props. Might give it a go at one point though.

3. That sounds like a great idea. However, due to it being pretty open, I doubt that people would consider staying there.

4. Islands could be great possibility, but the only problem would be fitting the characters there as well, since Rockstar made them all pretty tiny.

5. Delicious idea (not to mention crunchy!). I'll think about that one.

A mall?

Not sure if there are any malls in Bully, but I'd love to import one. Even though that's obviously out of my knowledge hehe.

UPDATE: More Survivors.
Additional survivors have been added. A total of 22 survivors are now present (including the background/minor ones).

UPDATE: Lights, Camera, Action!
The recording process has begun, as has the voice acting process.
I'm also in contact with a heavy metal that'll be taking care of the main themesong.
I'll give you guys some more updates once major progress has been made.

Yes, Chuckie!
It's a huge pain to work with so many voice actors (17 of them in total).
It'll probably get easier once a few of the characters have died off. And yes, expect lots of death in this show.

I won't hesitate to kill of a popular character, so be prepared for that.
