Weaponry and weapon wheel

It is wery likeli that bully 2 will have a weapon wheel, so how should it look? And what should we be able to do with weapons?

1.)Weapon wheel design
Now, heare are some weapon classes:
Slingshots
Firecrackers
Chems (smoke and stink bombs and so on)
Tactical (marbles)
Prank(itching powder)
Projectiles (spud gun)
Special (bottle rocket launcher, egg launcher)
Meele
Item (food, soda)

2.)Weapons should be upgradible
It would be cool to find and buy bluprints and parts to upgrade damage or accuracy, or to ad a laser pointer or scope
3.)Weapons should be personallable
Blu bat with flames?

4.)We should be able to acces weapons from our locker or stash
So you have 20diferent weapons, and how do you carry them all? You don't. You would take weapons that you want.

Ah, yes, sorta like the old Resident Evil trunk stashes.  I always loved the way that no matter where you went, your shit was still stashed in the nearest trunk.

Well, with all herbs and such from resident evil you probably hallucinated whole thing.

But it would be cool in my book. Not realistic, cool.
Or maybe you hired an imp to go around through secret tunnels and cary your stuf
