Make prefects/police/teachers bust anyone

Change the stats of the characters. Ex: Sheldons stats needs to be changed through ide and. Just put anyone elses stats and save it.

Cops manually bust anyone if they want to.
The ones in the cop Suv bust females only due to their script unknowing who they going against.

Actually it changes their fighting class, which determines what grappling attacks does a ped have.
