Of course some missions aren't required to continue the story.  Once I did 'Galloway Away' after completing 'Finding Johnny Vincent.'  Another time I waited until Chapter 4 so I could do the errand that earns you the Incognito Hat, then I put in on and did 'Panty Raid.'  Mixing up missions helps keep the game fresh, at least for me.   :)

If you would like Nais I can provide you with a detailed listing of every mission and their associated LUA files if you would like to take a peek at some of them to get a idea how the missions are coded up. I can even write up some posts for you explaining what everything is and does since I am about to write up a big tutorial for the community anyways and post some cleaned up fixed and working mission scripts so ppl can take a crack at coding their own custom missions for bully.
