Playing Bully in windowed mode

I had found a supposed solution to this on the forum a while back, but it did nothing for me.

It would be nice to be able to play it in windowed mode if I wanted to minimize the game and switch to the internet or something. Pressing the Windows start button does nothing unlike GTA where it will bring me to my desktop without quitting the game.

I have got this done but I don't recommend doing it yourself.
It messes with the Desktop.
 That is why ROCKSTAR removed it from the final version.

It was in a Prototype not the beta
They make 2-3 version for games
Prototype is like Bully could be a stealth game
Beta is the final version looks with entire new models in the final version
but it was only known to be in the Prototype same with GTA games starting with GTA 3 they tried.
