Sledgehammer problem

Like a year ago I was able to make norton spawn with his sledgehammer editing pedstats.dat.

Today I can't figure out how I did it.
Tried replacing all the "unarmed" and "none" with "sledgehammer" and nothing happens. Then I tried giving him his boss stat from the tenements.

Well Norton's boss stats are kind of glitchy outside of his boss fight his fighting style is /Global/Norton...Act/Anim/Norton_3_05.act.. or something like that.

I never understood why that happened myself. The only time they're guaranteed to spawn with a sledgehammer is if it's a "scripted spawn". Like, if they spawn in a fight, or somewhere special.

@UG1: I have his full boss style. I demo'ed it to deadpool.

They picked them up and they have an activated code that does that.
Jump on top of cars people have bricks and stuff and i said i Think
