The hats and glasses can be easily added through accssory.dat.

I'vedone it before, it works. Ive also edited acsweapon.dat or something like that in config/dat. It;s like pedstats but only the weapons part. You can add weapons to anyone easily with it.

Could you please teach me how to do that?
I tried it, but the weapons are stickied to their arms (or the body part selected). It's like an accesory instead of an actual weapon. Also, the game crashes when I give them an especific weapon.
