Spudgun & Bottlerocket launcher Mods

Has anyone managed to mod the spudgun or bottlerocket launcher? I'd love to be able to speed up the firing of both not to mention increasing their range. Something else I wouldn't mind doing is increasing their projectile speed. Thanks!

No-one has managed that yet. I have been checking into a way to possibly modify that but it may not be possible since I am not fully sure yet if the values for that are in the compiled bully.exe or in one of the .cat archives inside of act.img.
