[HELP] Clique Leaders In Free Roam?

I'm on my Uncle's PC, which is a very powerful gaming PC so I decided to bring Bully along and it works very well.

Anyway, to the point, how do you get all the gang leaders in free roam?? I wanna fight Derby before I leave my Uncle's on Saturday.

You can make certain peds that shouldn't appear in free roam (like the clicque leaders/teachers etc) or even deleted characters appear in free roam with the use of hex editing, this is done by opening ide.img and searching for your chosen ped, the purpose of this is to change "ÿÿÿÿ" into "...." so look in your hex editor and look for "ÿÿÿÿ/Global" after you've searched for your ped, once this is done change the hex value from "FF FF FF FF" to "01 00 00 00" then save.

You can make several instances of the character appear. For example, making it 02 00 00 00 would give a chance of two instances to appear. 00 00 00 00 is infinite instances of that character appearing. However, this also depends on how many peds of a certain faction and overall are set to spawn in a certain area within the game map.
