Can you identify this picture?

I live in Manhattan near the office of Rockstar Games. Last night I found some posters they had set out for trash pickup. There were four Bully posters and this. This seems to be a graphics test of some sort, but I can't identify what game it is for. Do you recognize it?

Looks like just some unused artwork of one of their games, GTA IV I would think.

heh nice. Trash hunting at the R* offices. You have my respect!

Nice pic tho, i would probably frame it and stick it up on my wall being a unique R* piece of artwork.

I didn't go there to dumpster dive, was just walking by on recycling night and saw these posters. Being a gamer, I had to take them. This one is large, about 30 inches tall, and quite striking. The characters have a Crockett and Tubbs look to them, but Rockstar didn't do the Miami Vice game.

The other interesting possiblity is that this may be from a game that is still in development.

True, although I doubt they would throw out Artwork of an upcoming game.

And hell yes, I'd love to live near A Rockstar Office. Grab a whole bunch of posters of em.

There's nothing on the back.
BTW, the reason I posted here is that what was rolled up with this picture were 4 large Bully posters, like this:

THIS JUST IN, MARCUS SOLVES PUZZLE!

The Artwork is of the Winner of a contest held on the Social Club when it first opened.

The winner got a personalised portrait in the trademark art design.

Lucky Guy. Details Below.

"Congratulations to Louis Bojko of Devon, England - our winner of the Grand Theft Auto IV Custom Portrait Sweepstakes. All early adopters of the Rockstar Games Social Club who registered accounts prior to the release of Grand Theft Auto IV last April were entered in this once-in-a-lifetime prize for true GTA fans: to have their likeness custom drawn by the same illustrators at Rockstar Games responsible for all of Grand Theft Auto's iconic character art. Louis received the final illustration digitally, as an exclusive avatar for use at the Social Club, as well as on canvas in a striking 34 by 44" print as seen here. Stay tuned for more exclusive members-only contests and sweepstakes at Rockstar Social Club."
