Rubber band ball glitch?

My Rubber Band Ball appears to be unusuable. I had to save and turn off pretty much just after I got it and now it's unusable. What is this I don't even...

 I bet I know what's going on.  The same thing happened to me on one of my saved games.  There is a confirmed glitch that causes the ball to become unusable if you save the game while one of the balls is bouncing around.  Next time you should wait until the icon in the weapons wheel "regenerates".

Donno.....Never had that problem.

Makes sense though.

You could go back to a previous save, if you have one.

That's the problem, I don't. Now I have to get all of them again T_T

 Once its been done, there's no reversing it.  Unfortunately you would have to start over from the beginning.

That's a bummer....There's six save spots on my game, and I used each one per chapter first time through, just in case.....

Don't save all your "eggs" in one basket, as they say.
