Mandy is bitchy at first, but you get to know her better in Chapter 5 during this mission called "Discretion Assured."
I used to pelt Mandy with eggs, rockets, spud guns, and everything else until that mission because then Mandy became really nice and she pretty much showed her real personality.
She even says this "I'm an insecure girl and I'm worthless."
So after that, you see the real Mandy.

I remember once when Mandy and I were having a make out session during class, I was obviously in trouble for truancy. But when the prefect ran up to us he actually stopped and waited patiently for us to finish. Then I pelted off in one direction and Prefect took down Mandy. I can't say I felt sorry for her.
