Where do you find the potato gun and what chapter do you get it in?

It's the mission 'Stronghold assault' at the start of chapter 4, once you have completed that the spud gun will spawn in your dorm room

nah the rocket launcher sucks lol and yeh in the mission where u get protect the nerds and the rocket goes mental some times and dosent here anywhere near ur target
