I would like to have a proper selector mod, specially for only switching fighting styles while still using Jimmy model, as doing story missions using other characters model is very problematic as it crashes in any cutscene. "Special Mod" only has some different attacks, not full fighting styles, and "character selector" forces you to switch character with the fighting style.
If someone is willing to port mods to PS2, I think Ultimate Selector V3
https://www.nexusmods.com/bullyscholarshipedition/mods/31?tab=description is the best, atleast it has the most completes fighting styles and I did a full playthrough with it on PC without any issue except the typical softlock The Rumble mission. It also would be cool to have boys dorm second floor mod by Altamurenza and Tailzfuzion on PS2 but I'm not sure it's possible as I guess it is too big of a mod.
