Hey there I just figured out how to use texture mods made for SE version for PS2 version It's a bit hard but anyways let 's get started

Soft wares required ---
1.Paint.net
2.Magic TXD
3.Img tool
4.WinRar Archive
5.NifSkope

Free Download links (They all are free anyways)

Paint.net----https://filehippo.com/download_paint-net/
Magic TXD---https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=27862
Img tool---https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=63
WinRar Archive---https://www.win-rar.com/download.html?&L=0
NifSkope---https://softfamous.com/nifskope/download/

Step 1---Download the mod which is made for SE version and you want to use it for  CEE
like I am going to show an example with this mod which is for SE

Step 3--- after extracting it should be like this folder with the same type of name as the archive of the mod.
then open the folder and one more thing choose to show .extension type.

now hit ok and then something like this will happen and then the export very first texture and save it somewhere, like this export textures from every nft files in the mod folder of SE version in tga format and whenever you close nifskope always click no to save the changes believe me.

Now you might notice some people already provides us tga(textures) files with nft and nif and if they do provide it then you don't need to export textures from nft files from nifskope like  'Alex rk800' he provides tga files in a different folder called textures and he stores tga folder in it. he is good modder link to his channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtizg85PHZm390VqkraXaxg/videos?app=desktop

Now let 's continue to Make the SE texture mod for CEE(PS2 version)
And anyways the mod which I am giving as an example was made by Alex rk800 for SE version
so thus I have all textures in textures folder and some times some people also provide back and purple textures which does not look like the texture mod but if you find that black and purple textures just shift + del them to delete it forever but not the texture mod which look like the texture you want .

now open the texture(.tga) file with 'paint.net' and don't ever forget to crop the hand part like I did it is black and white types of boxes. and, yes crop like that in every T shirt
texture mod or else it will become blue or any random color. in case if you don't know how to crop in paint.net then her is a tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5bWV-uvEDU&t=20s&ab_channel=HotBlogTips

now  click on 'edit' and then click on 'find' and then type the nft  file se mod 's name  like my example 's mod 's first nft file 's name was 'CS_P_SSleeves4' now click on find and then if you find the same name of you first .nft file se mod's name you might notice there are two them one ending with  .txd and one with .dff extract the .txd one and if you don't find the same name then go on edit and click on find next keep hitting find next until you find it.  like this extract every .txd files by typing the name of nft files of SE mod which you are going to make it into CEE version(PS2 version)

Note - don't type .nft or .nif when you find something on world.img or else you will not find the file which you are looking for ,just type the name like I did 'CS_P_SSleeves4'==== correct. 'CS_P_SSleeves4.nft'=== Wrong

after extracting txd open it with magic TXD and see there resolutions at left side open paint.net and paste textures in same resolution and then export it as bmp and then replace it in the original txd file and then follow replace it in world img and then delete world img 1 ,2 and 3 and copy world img and paste it and name it as WORLD_1 ,2 and 3 respectively Tada!!! if you have n't done anything wrong it will work,
