i'm not sure if this is possible but u guys know how to make peds patrolling the area? example:- preps patrolling tad's house if i get spotted, i will be sent out of his house. any way to do that?

if you have the decompiled scripts you could check the one used for "Panty Raid" to have Ms Peabody kick you out. If you used part of that script you could do it

You should check Deapool's Bullies Nightmare mod, cause in his mod, there's a part, where you must sneak through the prefect and if they spot you, you will be kicked out
And regarding making a custom ped patrols, I have no idea about this, the prefects, teachers & cops has their own patrol path and R* save their patrol path inside the trigger.img
