I'm starting to do mods to bully, and I did it to test if it was going to be all right, Only it did not load the texture

Seems like you did a great job putting the model in, but the texture is missing. With Bully textures are done a little differently... they aren't actually put in the nif files (Or I think they are but, well the ones that get used are in NFT).
In the nft files are the textures that you should edit if you want them to show up for your model. Should be the same name as the nif file you edited except with the nft extension.

Good luck bud. I never seen that character before either... is that from a game?

Yes, I did according to the tutorial SWEGTA Only that didn't quite the right texture, This character is from the movie guardians of the galaxy

No Program Files...On Local Disk /C
