is possible to get official mod? I mean mod by rockstar, like dlc, expansion, etc

RockStar doesn't support this game anymore. There is no official DLC expansion or whatever. It's up to the community to make the mods to fix your personal preference.

An "official mod" is a DLC. Rockstar isn't going to unprofessionally release a script you install yourself xD. It's have some installer crap.

Like they said, RockstarGames aren't working on this game anymore.
If you want a mod, you'll have to make it yourself or find out if it already exists.
- Or you could request it, but these things tend to take a lot of time.

Yes, requests do take a while... because the people who make them are lazy, procrastinating bitches (talking about myself XD)

I suggest viewing SWEGTA's video tutorials, c00l's mega tutorial thing, or my LUA tutorial. I also plan to maybe make a LUA tutorial series on youtube soon... so yeah, maybe wait for that too if you think it'll help.
