During which cutscene was this screencap taken?

I found this while Googling for screenshots of Spencer Shipping. Not sure which this is, since Petey looks pretty neutral and not annoyed like he did during that "You're a dork so we're equal"-cutscene.

I'm pretty sure that was supposed to be, or is, part of the Chapter 4 beginning cutscene. The way Pete's waving his hand looks like he's 'telling' Jimmy off.

Yeah, that's my same thought. But Petey looks so emotionless.
Almost as if he's about to wave at someone.

I don't know, it looks like both Jimmy and Pete are looking at someone off camera and Petey is greeting them or bidding them a farewell. But I see how it could possibly be from the chap 4 cutscene.

What about the opening cut scene for Busting In Part 1? Petey telling Algie to "shut up you fat dork" perhaps.

I know Jimmy had just been expelled and so couldn't have been wearing his School Uniform, and the cut scene took place round the side of the School instead of in-front of the steps, but look at the Bully Christmas Trailer where Clint pushes Jimmy over from behind. They're both wearing winter clothes and the cut scene takes place in New Coventry so alterations might have been made since this screenshot was taken.

I guess they were just testing the cutscene, whilst wearing the School Uniform.

Come to think of it though, wasn't there an alternative cut scene to this filmed in front of the school's steps like in the screenshot? Jimmy explaining his complex plan to march in and beat the crap out of Edgar and Pete remarking that at least it was subtle. I remember seeing it on YouTube once but I can't remember the name. You've seen it right?

Look at the Bullworth logo on Jimmy's vest. That logo was only used on the Beta and maybe PS2. Looks more like PS2.

But from what I see, that's the school behind them, and it also looks like the first cutscene of chapter 4
