If you check around Trent's voicefiles, you'll stumble across one where he shouts "Get lost!", in a way different voice.
I have never actually heard him use this voice ingame. And I do believe that the voice belongs to Otto.
Here's my theory:
1. Originally Otto was a Bully, along with the other townies, before they were changed to punks, and eventually dropouts.
- This also backs up why in Beta Russell's animation demos, he has a red vest.
2. The members of the bullies clique were moved around until Russell was brought back as a Bully. But, they needed to add some bullies, so amongst those were Trent.
3. They had Trent's new voice actor record dialogue, but due to a short schedule they ended up not covering all of them.
