Look for this in pedstats:
STAT_PF_BASIC_A   none   0   100   12   250
STAT_PF_BASIC_S   none   0   100   12   300
Change 250 for PF_BASIC_A to any number and 300 for PF_BASIC_S to any number, those are their health.
