You have to have Imgtool by gtagarage,
1:open imgtool
2: Select File, and the open
3: Go into Your C drive
4 Program Files (x86)
5: Rockstar Games
6: Bully Scholarship Edition
7: Scripts
8: scripts.img
9: find ArcRace1 and click delete
10: Put in The arcrace1 that grease ball gave you,
11: Rebuild Archive
12 close and play bully.
13:Go into your dorm and play the minigame, and it will load
